Welcome to Twin Blades Trading. By accessing our website, joining our community, purchasing a membership, or using our educational resources, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Educational Purpose
Twin Blades Trading provides educational content, market analysis, trading discussions, tools, and community resources related to financial markets, including stocks, options, and futures.
All content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only.
Twin Blades Trading does not provide individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on our website or within our community constitutes a recommendation tailored to your financial circumstances or an instruction to buy or sell any financial instrument.
2. Membership Access
Twin Blades Trading may offer the following membership levels:
Copper Access: Free community access with features and resources determined by Twin Blades Trading.
Iron Membership: Paid membership, currently advertised at $49 per month, with access to designated educational materials, discussions, tools, and community features.
Membership features, availability, and pricing may change. Any changes to recurring charges will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
Membership purchases and access may be administered through Whop and are also subject to the applicable terms of that platform.
3. Billing, Renewals, Cancellations & Refunds
All membership payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
Iron Membership is a recurring subscription billed at $49 per month unless a different price is clearly disclosed at checkout.
By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your membership at any time through the applicable Whop subscription management settings. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not provide a refund for the current or previous billing periods.
Members who cancel will retain access through the end of their paid billing period unless otherwise disclosed.
No refunds or prorated credits will be provided for unused membership time, lack of participation, or failure to use available educational resources, except where required by law.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
4. Trading Risks
Trading stocks, options, futures, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk, including the possible loss of your entire investment and, in certain circumstances, losses exceeding your initial investment.
No trading strategy, indicator, analysis, educational method, or community discussion guarantees profitable results.
You are solely responsible for evaluating your financial circumstances, making trading decisions, and managing your risk.
5. No Earnings Guarantees
Twin Blades Trading makes no guarantees regarding trading profits, investment returns, income, financial independence, or personal financial outcomes.
Any examples, hypothetical scenarios, testimonials, or performance discussions are not guarantees of future results.
6. Community Conduct
Members are expected to communicate respectfully and contribute to a productive learning environment.
Harassment, threats, fraud, unauthorized promotion, sharing private member information, and other harmful behavior are prohibited.
Twin Blades Trading may moderate discussions or restrict access for violations, subject to applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Twin Blades Trading's original educational materials, written content, videos, graphics, branding, and other proprietary resources belong to Twin Blades Trading or its licensors.
Membership does not grant permission to reproduce, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written authorization.
8. Third-Party Platforms
Our services may use Squarespace, Whop, Discord, payment processors, and other third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for interruptions, outages, or independent practices of third-party providers beyond our control.
9. Service Availability & Changes
We may update educational content, community features, membership benefits, and service availability.
We may also revise these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Twin Blades Trading is not liable for trading losses or financial decisions made based on educational materials, general market commentary, or community discussions.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
